About me

I am a psychotherapist and coach in Seattle. My office is located on Lake Union. My clients usually first come to me to heal from stress, anxiety, depression or life transitions, and find more joy and peace in their personal and professional lives. 

I work in person or by telephone with individuals, couples and groups. I also conduct weekly groups, workshops and retreats for organizations on communication skills, team-building and time management.

Before starting my private practice, I worked at a top Fortune 100 firm for over 10 years. In 2000, I received my Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Science and Systems Counseling. Soon after I received my CFLC Coach Certification through the Fearless Living Institute in Boulder Colorado, then became ACC Credentialed by the International Coach Federation.  

I am a member of the American Counseling Association. I am currently applying for Washington State Licensure and expect to receive my LMHC credentials by June 2010.
